Connect 2 Thrive was created from a deep commitment to providing trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy in Yarrawonga and online across Australia.
Over more than 20 years of working across education, community services, and clinical practice, I have supported children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating complex life experiences, including trauma, adversity, and neurodivergence. This means:
At Connect to Thrive, the focus is not just on reducing distress, but on supporting integration, connection, and the capacity to thrive.
I believe that:
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out.
This is a place to begin.

Connect 2 Thrive pay our respect to Elders past, present and emerging. We celebrate the stories, culture, and traditions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders of all communities who also work and live on this land. Connect 2 Thrive is on the lands of the Yorta Yorta people.
